Beth Seliga
I never thought I would be a wedding photographer. I started my professional career in Boulder, Colorado, riding on the backs of motorcycles, chasing professional cyclists through winding roads and epic climbs. I never thought I would find another career as exhilarating and rewarding but I was wrong. I photographed weddings in Colorado, but it wasn’t until moving East, to Charlottesville, Virginia, that I fell in love with them. I love all of the beauty of the flowers and the pretty clothing, but what I love most is documenting the love between the two of you, and the complete joy of your best day ever. We celebrate all couples!
The same team of second photographers: I don’t like to leave things to chance and want to ensure that I know exactly who will be part of my team on your day! Directing instead of posing: You have a beautifully unique way of holding hands, leaning into each other, and smiling. You have your way of being you - and we want to celebrate that with timeless imagery. Extended previews: 80-100 images in the first few days after the wedding when you are most excited to get to share them! We hand retouch all your images to ensure each one is free of distractions or imperfections.

Love everything about 3 Cats Photo
I've known Beth with 3 Cats Photo for years and it was an honor to have her photograph our wedding. She made my wife and I's pinterest board dreams come to life in addition to taking pictures of all the tiny details we didn't even know we wanted until they existed. Beth is organized, kind, and so knowledgeable in addition to having a beautiful eye for the perfect moments and compositions to make every photo a work of art I want to frame on our wall. (Seriously, I've printed so many of our wedding pictures my wife jokes that I have constructed a shrine to our marriage - and she's not wrong, they're just so cute!).
Amazing
Beth is absolutely wonderful! From our engagement shoot to our wedding day, every single picture is beautiful. Not only is Beth an amazing photographer, she is an amazing person! We enjoyed getting to know her and she will be a lifelong friend. We will remember our wedding forever thanks to her photography.

What can I say about Beth that will adequately capture how incredible she is? She is a phenomenal photographer and human being alike. We initially reached out to her based on a recommendation from a friend. Although she had already been fully booked for the year, she was available on our date and offered to take us on. She is responsive, kind, and was very helpful throughout our planning process. Her questionnaires are very detailed, and you know exactly what to expect from her in terms of her contract and deliverables. Our engagement photos (part of the wedding package!) were fantastic. Not only were the photos gorgeous, but she was so easy to work with. She is great at making you feel comfortable and natural. She is also SO FUN! She will be down for anything you want to try. If you want someone who can capture your unique spirit and flair, she is the best choice. Prior to our wedding day, she had a call with us to make sure she was optimally prepared for the day. And prepared she was. She was on top of it at all times. So many people approached us to say how wonderful she and her second shooter were. Incredibly, within 12 hours of the wedding's end, we had a preview gallery of 99 photos ready to view. Unbelievable! The photos are GORGEOUS. Words cannot capture. So many people have reached out to tell us how beautiful the photos were, like they were created for a magazine. We could not be happier, and I have no doubt the final album will be equally spectacular. For memories of a once-in-a-lifetime event that will last a lifetime, choosing 3 Cats Photos is a no-brainer.
