One of my favorite parts of working with brides is putting to rest all of their fears about why they might not be able to have the style they’re envisioning to complete their look. Hair too fine, not long enough, won’t hold a curl… I’ve heard it all. And I love the look on my bride’s face when we work together to make her “impossible” vision come to life. I consider it a high honor to style a bride for a day in which she’ll be memorialized in photos for all time. When you’re in the suite seat, i promise you’ll love what you see in those photos. I know that finding a niche is the big thing in wedding hair, and if I had to pick a favorite style, flowy boho ponytails & updos top my list of favorite styles. But I pride myself on being able to recreate any photo to suit your specific hair type. Whatever style you're going for, I'm down to do it.

The team at Suite Seat was an absolute delight to work with for my wedding day hair and makeup. From our very first interaction, the communication was funny, friendly and really enjoyable. The stylist did an awesome job - she was relaxed, well-prepared, and made the entire process so smooth and memorable. Kristy was responsive and easy to communicate with. She listened to my desires and wrote detailed messages with hair inspiration, including pictures and links to trusted brands for accesories. I loved hanging with her while getting ready. She is easy to talk to and super kind. She worked efficiently and made it look easy, pulling off the exact look we were going for. From a special touch at the trial with a little vase of flowers to arriving on time and in good spirits, I felt that she really enjoyed being a part of my wedding experience. I highly recommend Kristy at The Suite Seat, she really builds relationships and is so talented!

I was looking for a bridal hairstylist in the Minneapolis area on Instagram and came across Kristy’s work. I could tell from her page and our first email correspondence that she had incredible talent and true passion for what she does for brides! I cannot recommend Kristy enough! From the moment we met, she made me feel so at ease knowing she had my bridal hair under control. She was not only incredibly professional, arriving on time and fully prepared, but also super talented. My hair looked absolutely stunning and lasted the entire day and night— through the rain! Kristy was the best!! She had a great setup to do my trial in downtown St Paul. She is so easy to connect with. She does a great job collaborating with you on what the final hairstyle should look like. She also helped me coordinate the final timeline with my makeup artist which was a huge help. On the day of the wedding, Kristy was prompt, professional, yet super fun and made the morning relaxing, yet productive! She kept us all on track with our timeline and made sure we went to the wedding all looking fabulous!! I’d highly recommend Kristy to any bride!
