Hello Friend, I am so happy you are here! My name is Karmen Stegall and I am the owner here at Serenity31. I have been a professional makeup artist and hairstylist for 6 years now. I absolutely love helping others enhance their natural beauty with the work that I do and will support you in any way I can.

My experience includes being a licensed cosmetologist, working many weddings, special events, photoshoots, hair shows, boudoir parties, and much, much more.
