I pride myself in building a relationship with my Bride. From initial booking to trial to wedding day I look to form a connection and become a special part of your day.     DO NOT BOOK LuxC Beauty Co. for your wedding! They have a terrible reputation for nonexistent communication and have apparently booked tons of brides only to disappear when their wedding day arrives. I can't say anything about the quality of their work or value since we never actually got to experience it. There is a huge scandal going on right now with this vendor, so save yourself the headache and find a more reliable beauty team for your special day.

    Do not book with this vendor! She is a scam. Multiple brides have come forth stating she ghosted them and never provided the services. I booked with her and paid in full. When I started reading all the posts about this makeup artist I reached out to her asking if this was true, with no surprise, she did not respond. I asked her for a full refund and still no response.

    I hired Crystal for my wedding in October and paid months in advance. The week of my wedding, I had to reach out multiple times to get answers. She also nearly canceled my bridesmaids makeup because she had double booked her other artist and stated a refund would take weeks. The morning of my wedding, she texted me that she would be late because she was having car trouble. I got lucky that she found a backup artist for my bridesmaids and that Crystal arrived only an hour late. When Crystal arrived, she was rude and rushed through my mother’s hair & makeup to be able to finish mine on time. Although she did a good job with my look as the bride, working with her was a very stressful & unpleasant experience. I am now seeing multiple HMAU's from the Arizona beauty community state that she is not paying the backup artists she finds and no-showing on many brides. Many brides are now posting similar experiences to mine or that they have been scammed by her completely. As a bride who found Crystal through Zola, I urge Zola to look into these claims and reconsider her as recommended vendor.

    I hired Crystal for my wedding, and while the makeup and hair she did for me were beautiful, the overall experience was disappointing and unprofessional. She arrived an hour late, which threw off our entire timeline and caused her to rush through my bridesmaids' makeup. Unfortunately, my Maid of Honor had to redo her base because it was done so quickly. Her communication leading up to the day wasn’t great, and her attitude became rude by the end of the appointment. While I appreciate the effort she put into my look, the stress and poor service overshadowed it. I regret tipping, as the service provided did not meet even basic expectations. Brides, if you're looking for someone reliable and professional, I’d recommend exploring other options.
