About Vareus Events
Vareus Events
We specialize in full service boutique custom wedding design and planning for intimate or large weddings throughout Oregon. We love working with locally grown flowers in season, as well as any custom designs using floral foam free green techniques.
I’ve been planning and designing weddings since 1998 when I got my start in San Diego. I’ve designed all types of weddings from intimate elopements to grand installs for large weddings. Whatever your style, no matter how small your gathering may be, we love designing to suit your exact needs.

Full Service
Price$3,500
Full service design and floral installations range from $3000-$5,000 for an average wedding. Every design is unique and you will need an exact quote.

Intimate Wedding Floral Design
Price$2,000
Most weddings with 12-35 guests, will cost less for florals, depending on your venue and exact design, than a large wedding. The average spend for florals is between $2000-$3000

Pick up only, requires at least 7 days notice. 2 bouquets, 2 boutonnières, 1 ground decor piece (can also be placed on a table)

Amazing Florist
Sadie was such a dream to work with. I came into the wedding planning process not really sure of what I wanted, and she was able to work with both myself and hotel event coordinator to create my vision and bring it to life. Not only are her florals stunning, but she brings so much experience in all areas of event planning to the table and executes flawlessly. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with her!
We highly recommend Sadie
Sadie joined us relatively late in the game as the day-of coordinator for our Portland wedding, after our original coordinator had a conflict. Despite that, she handled the transition seamlessly, and made the day effortless, handling all the vendor interactions and making sure everything was in place. She's also a talented floral designer, and did a lovely job with our bouquet, boutonniere, and table arrangements for the reception at a very reasonable price. She's definitely one of the standout people who made our wedding possible, and we can't recommend her enough.

Sadie was wonderful to work with. We had a small wedding of 40 people with two locations (city park and restaurant). Sadie helped coordinate both venues, confirmed all vendors, and was also our florist. She was able to take my images and random phrases and turn it into the wedding and vibe I was hoping for. From the very beginning, there was objective and professional advice and suggestions, clear and timely communications, and I knew I was being considered a valuable client, worthy of excellent and thoughtful attention to my every question, need, concern or idea. I had always thought having a wedding planner would be expensive, but it certainly wasn't with Vareus Events. Sadie also did my beautiful flowers, and worked with me and the venue on every detail of our special day, making sure I didn't have to worry about a single thing. I cannot recommend Vareus Events highly enough, and would choose them again in a heartbeat.
