My name is Sarah Rose, owner of Faded Era Floral. Established in 2020, Faded Era offers full service wedding florals, elopement packages and special occasion local deliveries. I gravitate toward organic, lush and textural floral designs, taking my cue from seasonal blooms. My goal is to be communicative and transparent while discussing your ideal florals and to find creative and impactful ways to bring your vision to life. I always practice eco-conscious design techniques and put local flowers first.

I find endless inspiration in natural landscape and flora, so it is no surprise that I found my way to floral design. Over the years I have acquired extensive experience in the floral industry from designing in flower shops, working on flower farms and freelancing alongside established designers. I have a soft spot for intimate events and I feel the most fulfilled when I get to know my clients and can confidently execute floral designs that capture the essence of who they are. I am endlessly grateful to have the opportunity to create art through flowers and to share the experience with my clients and those closest to them.

    Sarah did an exceptional job with our September 2024 wedding florals. We are absolutely thrilled to have been able to work with her and I hope this review lends some insight into how wonderful working with Sarah was! Planning and execution: Her suggestions for arrangements were thoughtful and inspired, taking into consideration our personal preferences, budget, design for our wedding and venue, and honestly... us as people. We wanted our florals and design to be an extension of our shared home of Portland and our personal aesthetics and it was just perfection. The flowers: -My bouquet was everything I dreamed it would be and more (and I'm extremely picky). Sarah was also kind enough to include a personal memorial charm that was very important to me to my bouquet. -Our boutonnieres were perfect for the groomsmen family. The pops of color tied together different ensembles and personalities. -Sarah also did florals on our vegan cakes and several statement arrangements and they were BEYOND GORGEOUS! -The freshest, most beautiful flowers. Sarah herself: is a delight to work with. She has a calm and professional demeanor. She is extremely passionate about her work in floral and very skilled and knowledgeable, without ever having the slightest touch of attitude. She was BEYOND pro and timely with every aspect of her delivery and setup. Hire her! She's amazing!!
