We cook authentic Spanish paella through out the state of Florida. Paella is a classic Spanish dish that originates in Valencia, Spain. Paella is comprised of rice, saffron, paprika, sofrito (tomato puree, garlic, paprika) and a variety of meats, shellfish and vegetables. Paella is cooked outside over an open fire in a paella pan.

We cater paella events throughout the state of Florida, prepared on site in front of your guests. The paella dinner is served buffet style with a tossed green salad, balsamic vinaigrette dressing and a dinner roll. We use imported paella rice, imported azafran-saffron, Spanish chorizo, olive oil, and locally-sourced produce and seafood. Señor Pepe's Paella Catering LLC focuses on premium ingredients.
