    Brigit and her team are some of the most professional and sweetest people—they are a team you want on your special day! My guests talked about the food for the week after the wedding—from the brisket to the mashed potatoes. It’s not your typical wedding food—it’s above the rest. Brigit is easy to work with, experienced and keeps it easy for an overwhelmed bride. She helped me through all my dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy free gal here). My husband loved Brigit and our food tasting—she’s just a genuine, authentic person.
