Paul and Angie went above and beyond to accommodate every request—offering to drive to Wisconsin just to get Spotted Cow for our special day and even offering to follow a cherished family recipe from scratch if we wanted to include it in our meal. Their dedication, flexibility, and passion for what they do were evident in every interaction. They were the warmest and friendliest vendors we had and made our planning a joy! When it came to the food, they absolutely delivered. We chose filet and salmon, and every single plate was cooked to perfection—warm, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
