Shelley worked in the management consulting & hedge fund industries for 10+ years before deciding to follow her dream to attend Chicago’s top culinary school and start her own business alongside her husband. Shelley is passionate about healthy cooking, entertaining, & throwing a great celebration. Anthony has worked in hospitality his entire career. He attended the city’s top hospitality & culinary school, where he aimed his career to catering and events. Knowing his passion will always lay in sustainable food practices & quality guest services, Anthony can now explore his creative abilities to turn your event into something spectacular.
