Being a full-service caterer, we offer a variety of unique & helpful amenities in our packages. Not only are all of our packages and menus able to be personalized & interchanged based on your personal preferences and needs, but we can also add items to your menu (a family recipe, for instance) to fit your menu vision. We are here to serve you--literally!

    This company is terrible with communication within the company. I was up front with how many guests would be coming to my wedding and communicated back and forth with a lady regarding menu options and setting up a consult call with Ed. When Ed called us, he immediately told us there was a minimum requirement of 75 guests and that we simply don't meet that. Of course, we were feeling as if we just wasted our time. I got on Zola and was sent a message by this company. I questioned the guest requirement and was told by Taylor that they work with all size parties. I informed her that was not what we were told during our consult and perhaps they might want to get on the same page moving forward. Taylor apparently talked to Ed regarding this "miscommunication" and told me that Ed was simply trying to help us understand the costs would change due to us having only 45 guests. My Husband and I were both on the initial call, which lasted less than 5 minutes and the exact words were "minimum requirement of 75 guests" Which clearly contradicts what was told to me by Taylor. Though the company tried to rectify this, we don't want to work with a company that is so disorganized that they aren't even on the same page regarding "minimum requirements" and turn potential clients away within 3 minutes, not even allowing them a chance. We had already gone through the sample menus and created our dream menu. I'm sure their food is fantastic, but the communication and disorganization is a huge turn off.

    I am sorry that you felt this way. Your listed headcount and the number you discussed by phone was different! We tried to explain that the cost factor may be more based on such a small headcount! I offered you some incentives to revisit the quote and wished you well if you chose not to . We still wish you the best and apologize for any misunderstanding!

While the food was average, their team provided full coverage and versatile service that helped our day run smoothly.     We used Festive Board for our wedding catering, and while the food was really good and the staff was friendly, there were a couple of hiccups on our big day. Unfortunately, they brought the wrong table runners, and there was a mix-up with our bar setup. The coordinator told us beforehand on our planning call that we only needed to bring bitters for our Old Fashioned mixer, but just an hour before the event, they mentioned they were missing simple syrup. We had to scramble to get some last minute, which added some unnecessary stress. Overall, the food was great and most things went smoothly, but I would’ve appreciated an apology for these issues. A little more attention to detail and communication could have made the experience even better.

    The Festive Board catered our wedding this past weekend and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding caterer. The entire experience with them was spectacular. Every single person I interacted with from the Festive Board went above and beyond to provide us with the best service. They all made themselves available for any questions we had (and we had a lot) and never made us feel badly for asking. They were incredibly well organized throughout the entire process. They dealt with any changes that occurred with a great attitude. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food on the wedding day. Everything was delicious! Their staff made sure my husband and I were catered to and didn’t have to lift a finger or take a step through the reception. Everything was set up so beautifully and packed up and stored very neatly at the end of the night. The Festive Board truly helped make our wedding magical and everything we wanted and I will never be able to recommend them enough for this!
