I've been in the restaurant business for over 20 years, catering to large events and weddings. I chose Cowboy Chicken given our unique home-style offerings that appeal to the masses. Our crispy wood-fired rotisserie chicken paired with our twice-baked potatoes, mac & cheese or green beans are always a huge hit.
