Hi there! My name is Marissa, I own Charcutie of Nola and I am all about great service and even better food. I've been in business for a year now and have already made quite an impression on the city of New Orleans with my versatile grazing tables! My goal is to curate a spread that will complete your special day as well as give you and your guests an aesthetically pleasing experience to remember. I am so excited to be your charcuterie curator!

What sets me apart is my passion and knowledge of food and wine in the event making industry. I've always found something so exciting and beautiful about playing a part in the client's celebrations. It warms my heart to help you and your kin come together and enjoy company and great food! In addition, I am well versed in food and beverage pairings and am always happy to tailor my part in your experience so that every component compliments the next!

    Thank Heaven for Charcutie NoLa! She made all the dreams I didn’t know I had for the shower a reality. From the combination of flavors, to the gorgeous spread, the layout was absolutely delightful. The boards became the centerpieces and all the guests were floored. I will be contacting her again.
