Creator, owner, chef, and lead dishwasher - Emily Knowlton - has a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of New Hampshire. She enjoys cooking, recipe creating, gardening, and farm shopping. She's the mad scientist behind the majority of our wedding menus and loves making what seems impossible - possible. She’s happiest in Mickey Mouse ears, obsessed with her dog, a dressage queen, and apprentice gardener. She spends the time she’s not obsessively scrolling through the internet and flipping through cookbooks for inspiration, wedding planning for her 2022 Disney World wedding.

One of the things that makes us special is that we don't offer packages, set menus, or one size fits all plans. We take the things you love, the vision you have for your food, and your celebration and we put that on paper. Another thing that makes us special is that we make every possible effort to stay within the budget you give us. Sometimes it requires a bit of flexibility and creative thinking - but there's nothing more rewarding than making someone's day magical.
