AV Gourmet was born out of love. When Chef Alexis and Leo met in South Florida, they decided to put their talents together and open a AV Gourmet. The road was not easy but now they became the most awards winning team in Georgia.

From a family of chefs and cooks, Chef Alexis began his culinary career as a very young child under the tuteldge of his mother. Chef Alexis is known for his and exceptional flavor palate and for creating menus that deliciously help to define the event, for weddings he likes to create menus that speak about the couple. Chef Alexis has a unique gift to cause people eat foods they claim they normally would not enjoy.

    Just amazing food and service. Had to get a new caterer a few months out and they did not disappoint!! They worked with us in short notice and the food was raved about. Definitely recommend!
