Aioli Catering

My wife and I have been catering together along with our staff since 2005. I am the chef and owner of Aioli Catering. I have been in the business since I was 12 years old. The challenge of Catering a perfect event was always attractive to me – the way the details, portions, and timing all work together for a beautiful result.

My training was perfected working in large kitchens for great companies like the Irvine Marriott doing banquets. This long history of serving great food, along with research and practice, has made Aioli into a successful catering company. But I am not the only one in that picture. My wife Laura is my right hand, she brings the personality, organization and the decorating side to our company.
