We are a small bespoke cakery, specializing in natural buttercream designs. We pride ourselves on individual service and a truly custom experience. Our cakes are as unique as Alaska itself! We've been in business since 2012 and have an impeccable reputation!

- I have been professionally decorating wedding cakes since 1994. - We are committed to using the finest ingredients in order to produce a cake, that will not only taste great, but look exceptional. We use real butter, real vanilla, real heavy whipping cream, ghirardelli chocolate, and real fruit reduction sauces. - We work in a licensed commercial kitchen dedicated to a professional and personable atmosphere. - We prefer to work with our great tasting buttercream, using a minimal amount of added dyes. - We love working with our customers to create a cake that you want. The customer is truly first in our shop!

    We were over the moon with our wedding cake from Midnight Sun Bakery! From our first meeting, the communication was fantastic. The baker listened attentively to our vision of a birch tree forest cake and brought the design to life flawlessly. The cake was truly the centerpiece of our reception--the intricate details made the birch trees look incredibly realistic and elegant. More importantly, the cake tasted as good as it looked! We chose creative flavors like fireweed honey and chocolate with raspberry rhubarb, and our guests raved about every bite.
