Jackie is a Pastry Chef based in Louisville, Kentucky. In June 2021, Jackie was crowned Food Network’s Best Baker in America. Jackie is a true Kentuckian through and through. A coal miner’s daughter and Prestonsburg native, Jackie was born and raised in a “holler” in Eastern KY. She attributes her work ethic and passion for her craft to her mother and grandmothers.

    We loved having Jackie do our wedding cake. We were planning our day from afar and Jackie was so accommodating with our schedule since we only had one day to come in and do a tasting! She provides a ton of options for you to create your own flavor mashups and the design was just flawless! 10/10
