Swoon was born with the vision of delivering meticulously curated and innovative craft cocktails and mocktails for any occasion. Since 2012, I have been shaking up the cocktail scene, from the bustling streets of Melbourne, to the vibrant vibes of Portland, and now in the beautiful Hawaiian islands. Drawing from my experiences as a professional bartender, I recognized the need to extend my craft beyond the confines of the bar and launched Swoon Cocktail Co. When I'm not creating memorable cocktails, I'm hanging out with my three dogs and surfing the beautiful beaches of O‘ahu.

    I first discovered Swoon Cocktail at a colleague’s wedding and was so impressed that I knew I had to have them for my own event. When they served at my baby shower, they exceeded all my expectations! The adorable horse trailer mobile bar added such a unique, charming touch, and the personalized menu they created made the day feel extra special. Their custom cocktails and mocktails were absolutely delicious, catering to all guests with something memorable and refreshing. The bartenders were friendly and attentive, making sure everyone felt welcome and had a great time. I will be using them for all of my future events. If you’re looking for a mobile bar that brings both style and exceptional service, I highly recommend Swoon Cocktail!
