Q: Do you provide the alcohol for my event?

I do not provide any of the alcohol by law. I work with you to estimate and calculate what alcohol you would need for your event and we work together to create the best options for your specific needs. By law, I can only serve the alcohol you provide to/for your guests.

Q: What do you provide?

I can provide almost everything except the actual alcohol. After we book your event, we connect via a zoom call and further discuss details and your drink menu needs to provide you with the best experience possible. The more details you provide helps me give you an accurate price.

Q: Do you allow for payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans are accepted. The final payment is due 15 days prior to the event date.

Q: How many times do we meet before the event?

We recommend meeting at least 2 times. These meetings will be over Zoom. One meeting will focus on finalizing drink menus and headcount, etc. The final meeting will be to go over final venue and event logistics and final payment etc.

Q: What is your service area?

We are willing to travel up to 2.5 hours from where we are located. Anything beyond that will be extra cost. We generally serve the capital district, Hudson Valley, North Country, Mohawk Valley, Central New York region. Contact me to see if your area requires an extra travel fee.

Q: How many bartenders will be provided?

We provide a minimum of two bartenders at all events. However, our own rule is 1 bartender per 50 guests. Each bartender is paid per event plus they are expected a minimum tip amount of $150 per event.

Q: Do you allow kegs?

We do allow kegs, we just ask that you have them iced down and in position prior to us arriving. Also, we don’t have tap equipment so you would need to rent that from the place you purchase the keg from.

Q: Do you have a tip minimum?

We do have a tip minimum to ensure that our bartenders are paid well. We don’t expect this to be an issue that comes up at your size event, but we want to make sure that our bartenders are compensated well for their time.

Q: Do you allow signature drinks?

Absolutely and we include 2 when you purchase our Bash N Boozy package.

Bare Bash Package

Description

This is the most basic package. This is ideal for couples who have less than 60-80 guests. For this package ***Alcohol, ice, & mixers, and any extra garnishes all are provided by the client. This package is ideal for customers that will have a fully stocked bar area available with ice and all the bar essentials all ready to go. Ideal for <60 guests max.

Bash N Boozy Package

Price$1,800

Description

This is our most common package. Ideal for 90+ guest count. We include two bartenders and a bar back if needed. I bring 2-3 tables with black or white fitted table cloths or the wooden bar, 2 large coolers that hold ice, cups of various sizes, napkins, straws, basic mixers, basic garnishes, *ice and a water station. The client supplies the alcohol.

Bash N Boozy Plus Package is everything you'd need for your event besides the alcohol. This is ideal for events of 150-200 guests. We do everything except purchase and deliver the alcohol. By law we cannot do that for you.

We show up with our bartenders tools and that's it. $90 per bartender. We show up with our bartending tools- Shakers, strainers, bar mats, etc. **** No ice, no mixers, no syrups, no bar etc.

Having Bash N Boozy bartend for our 40th birthday was a no brainer. From the beginning she was easy to work with and listened to what we needed. She was professional and punctual and always smiling. She helped us create our signature cocktails and even did a mock-tail for the non-drinkers and the kids. I highly recommend her services for your event.
