Quartet Evolution is a vibrant, elegant and versatile blend of classically trained and highly experienced musicians that have crossed over into the rock/pop/jazz world. Our repertoire ranges from your beloved classics like Pachelbel Canon to your favorite movie, musical themes, to those fun Jazz Standards and even a bit of Queen like Bohemian Rhapsody!

- Learning new songs
A String Quartet consists of 2 violins, a viola and a cello.
Live string music fills a room with grace, beauty and sophistication. Recorded music cannot resonate in a space the way that live music can. A quartet encompasses a full range of musical sound, with the rich depth of the cello, and alto viola to the high, melodious violins.
We play for weddings, parties, corporate events, memorial services, special dinner occasions, and any place where beautiful live string music will add a magical ambience to the event. We can play outdoors in good weather.
Please email us to inquire about your occasion. We will be happy to talk to you about your event plans, schedule, and any special requests or ideas you might have. A 50% deposit is required for reserving the date, with the remainder due on the day of the performance.
Our repertoire of music consists of various styles from classical fare to contemporary pop and soundtrack arrangements. Quartet Evolution can work with you personally to create and customize a playlist that is perfect for your occasion. See our repertoire list for some ideas.
We perform all over the Puget Sound region!
We do travel to perform at events outside of the Greater Seattle area. Depending on the location, we may charge a travel fee. Please contact us with your plans.
We will arrive at your event 15-30 minutes before the performance time in order to set up and tune our instruments. We will be dressed in elegant black attire, and will be ready to play promptly when your event begins.
We welcome your ideas and requests, and will make every effort to incorporate your special music needs. If your special request is not available as a string quartet arrangement, we can arrange the piece especially for you. We have a special arrangement fee and we'd be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.
