We recently had the absolute pleasure of working with John at Chicago Top DJ for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the beginning, John was professional, personable, and really took into account our vision for the day. He was so easy to work with and made our reception unforgettable. The planning process was seamless. John took the time to meet with us beforehand to understand our preferences and what vibe we were going for. He helped us curate the perfect playlist, blending our favorite songs with crowd-pleasers that got everyone on the dance floor. He even took note what songs we wanted to avoid and he made sure not to play them. On the big day, John was amazing. His charisma and energy were infectious. He read the room and played exactly what the crowd needed over the course of the night. From the cocktail hour to the last song, the music was spot-on. He perfectly balanced the mood, starting with more relaxed tunes and gradually building to a high-energy party that had everyone dancing until the very end. John interacted with the crowd, hyped people up, and created an amazing atmosphere. He had great transitions and timing for announcements. We didn’t worry about a thing during the reception, he took care of keeping track of the timeline of events and made everything stress-free so we really could just enjoy. We and our guests had an incredible time dancing the night away. It was exactly what we wanted. John went above and beyond to make our wedding day special, and we’ll be forever grateful for the memories he helped us create. We could not recommend him enough, he knows how to throw an unforgettable party.

We had the opportunity to work a wedding with John and he was AWESOME. Not only is John super friendly, he knows his stuff! Music was great and there was not one single second the dance floor was not empty. Even better, one of the guest was complaining of a headache and John pulled out a first aid kit. If you want a DJ that truly goes above and beyond.... Chicago Top DJ is your choice!
