Rendezvous is French for a meeting at an agreed time and place, which is exactly what we intend to do. We want to create a market that brings the community together, gives shoppers access to local products, while generating business for the small business owners of Roanoke and surrounding areas.

We're a family-owned working farm located in New Castle, VA about 20 minutes from Roanoke. We have >100 acres of pristine land that backs up to National Forest land. The back of the farm has a small, rustic barn that has been converted for use as a intimate ceremony and can accommodate several people or a covered area for serving food, cake table, and gifts area. Couples are welcome to hang photos and decorate the barn to their liking. There is ample room for tents to accommodate DJ services, dance floor, caterers, etc. The lower section of the property is meticulously maintained and has a built-in stone grill and a large fire pit that couples are welcome to use. Ample parking is available. Power is available via generator to power lights, music, etc. We're happy to work with couples or wedding planners to make your big day unique and stress-free.

Sunnybrook has everything you need for a perfect wedding or event: A large and historic home setting, a beautifully renovated ballroom, a covered outdoor veranda with a double water feature, an open-air boxwood garden with a charming pergola feature, a bridal suite, and a groom's suite. We offer the versatility to accommodate the wedding ceremony and reception at the same location. The facility holds up to 225 guests, reception-style. We are a premiere full service event facility ready to entertain all of your wedding needs from the bridal shower to the reception and everything that falls in between. Belle Garden Estate is a luxury, outdoor, historic wedding venue. We are located in Wirtz, VA. Just 25 minutes from Downtown Roanoke and 15 minutes from Smith Mountain Lake. Our covered pavilion can accommodate up to 200 guests and we offer overnight accommodations for up to 8 guests. We have beautiful mountain views, inviting gardens, and multiple scenic ceremony sites.
