I'm Amanda, the face behind the camera! I am 31 years old, a wife to my amazing husband and a mother to our 2 adorable boys. My husband and I have been together for 10 years and married for 2. I started my business in the beginning of 2019 while living in North Carolina. What I thought was just going to be a part time hobby, turned into something much much more. I was a stay at home mom looking to do something with my life that gave me more of a purpose, and that is when I started photographing weddings!

I am 25 years old I am currently a natural light photographer. I love adventures and traveling so don't worry if you aren't from or near my little home town. I am obsessed with shooting weddings and young couples in love. There is something so special about being able to capture the raw moments in life. I thrive on those candid, natural emotions that happen during my sessions.  Outside of the photography world, I am an American Sign Language Interpreter. Playing the piano has been a big part of my life since I was 4 years old but it’s not the only thing I do! In the car, I’m usually listening back on clips that my band most recently recorded. My brother and I do that together and it’s my creative outlet. If you find me at home, I am rowdying around with my sons and spending time with my wife. When we have time to ourselves, Alyssa and I could spend the entire day just going to new restaurants, eating, drinking and talking the day away. It's our thing... eating food, meeting new people & remembering why we do what we do.

I grew up running around after my mom in her gardens and spent most of high school in the art department. I went off to design school and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Soon after, I started my first “real” design job and have been working in the industry in either commercial or residential design ever since, giving me thirty-five years of design experience. A second related career in Floral Design was added to my skill set when I was employed as a part-time floral designer and trained at Longwood Gardens. I decorated twenty-one Christmas trees that year and did a lot of beautiful custom designs.

Preparing and serving slow smoked, expertly prepared Texas barbecue and rustic Italian inspired dishes is the greatest joy in my life. There are no short cuts in barbecue and that's what I love about it. We started Luongo Barbecue to glorify the Lord and grow the Kingdom of God. We use the business as a means to feed and serve the less fortunate in our community. After spending the last 30 years in Texas, 20 of those learning all things Texas barbecue, we are relocating to central Pennsylvania in January 2025 to begin working with family on the next chapter of Luongo Barbecue.

The Manor at Mountain View was the perfect find for the owners. The rustic feel with modern-day conveniences was a must. But, what was also a must was to have a venue that the word beautiful could not even describe it but, yet to keep it affordable so that so many people could come and enjoy this spectacular piece of property. The Tavern (Groom's Tavern) has its original barn beams as this was at one time a bank barn. The rustic charm matches the rod iron chandeliers in the room leading to the tavern. In 2007 the former owners built an addition to the facility that speaks volumes, equipped with windows throughout to show off the amazing view... It really is breathtaking. Today the owners have renovated all the rooms in the building but, kept the rustic charm. It brings the family great joy to see so many people happy when they visit the property and to be able to share so many events with the individuals that rent the property is a joy that is indescribable.

Indoor ceremonies can be held at the Wedding Chapel, a mid 19th century church - renovated and temperature controlled. The chapel is also available for receptions.
