We are located in Central Virginia, just minutes from Charlottesville and a short drive from Richmond & Staunton. Our venue spaces can host events ranging in size and up to a maximum of 175 guests. As a full-service venue, we offer in-house catering, rentals, and several unique locations for your big day! Our beautifully renovated Ballroom was designed with you in mind—it provides a blank canvas to transform into whatever vision you love (and has beautiful local reclaimed wooden floors)! For outdoor ceremony, we have two beautiful options. The first is on the 10th tee. This location overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains. The other outdoor option is the Glenmore Pavilion. Designed by the team behind Pippin Hill, this beautiful, new open-air pavilion overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains, and it is covered so you would not need to worry about renting a tent for your outdoor space. This location is perfect for both ceremony and reception.

Beautiful new venue that offers indoor and outdoor spaces! Located at the previous Shenandoah Golf Country Club. Can accommodate up to 150 guests. The venue offers a covered pavilion, sided tent, two ceremony sites, and a clubhouse space. There is onsite and coordinating services available.

The Club has a long-established history of providing great food and gracious service for any and all occasions. Be it an anniversary, birthday party, wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, or corporate holiday party, the warmth of our elegant country setting will delight you and your guests. The Club's Main Dining Room can accommodate from 25 to 125 guests. Couples can invite their guests to join them on the front lawn of the Country Club for a scenic wedding ceremony. This site overlooks the emerald golf course and sparkling lake. The primary reception space, the Main Dining Room, is a long banquet hall space that seats up to 120 guests for a reception. In this main hall, couples will find large windows upon two of the walls, chandeliers, and a charcoal grey-colored carpet and dance floor.

The Estate at River Run offers a dream setting to host a variety of elegant affairs. High on a bluff towering over the James River, this exquisite Georgian Revival offers 16,000 square feet of opulence, built by Taylor and Parrish Construction from 1981-1987. This stately Georgian features an upper brick promenade surrounded by a limestone balustrade and opens to a double curved staircase to the lower terrace. The mansion's interior boasts extravagant architectural embellishment. Marble floors, ornamental cornices, plaster friezes, 18-foot columns with gilded Corinthian capitals, and custom crystal chandeliers please the eye from the onset. A Jeffersonian pool house with a hexagonal raised dome presides over a circular pool with bluestone terraces and a limestone balustrade. Nearby, you will discover a tennis court complete with a covered viewing stand.
