The barn’s historic quality creates a unique experience for guests to celebrate any event. Outside of the barn you will see rolling hills, fields stretching to the edge of the woods, trees from the original apple orchard (which we still bake pies from!), and sunsets fading to the western side of the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy and explore the outside areas of the existing apple orchard and surrounding grounds.

The 1790 House is a blank slate venue. We can host up to 200 guests within a tent of your choosing. We work directly with Sperry Tents Seacoast, who can provide a variety of tent options and everything required to put on the event of your dreams. Chill Catering, our sister company, provides exclusive in-house catering.
