You can usually find me holding a camera and a coffee! I was born and raised partially in Texas and partially in Colorado. Growing up, I used art as a way to get lost in something nurturing, healthy, and safe. I am a Libra and Libras love pretty things, so we are especially interested in making things look beautiful and pleasing to the eye! I worked in camera stores all through high school and college as a Lab Technician. I moved to Denver at age 20 to pursue my BFA in Film/Video/Television graduating in 2008. I waited to find and marry the man of my dreams that shares a love of art with me. He assists me at most wedding gigs we accept!

The idea of combining New World inspired cuisine with classic American barbecue techniques allowed Jared and Alyssa to create elegant, yet robust flavors that spin traditional menus topsy turvy.
