“Our wedding at the Forest Park Golf Club was absolutely outstanding! Lexi was stellar helping us when we first visited, learning about the different package options, and finding out that we could make the dream of having our wedding reception in Forest Park come true! Maddie did more than we could ever have hoped for as our coordinator, helping us with decorating ideas, arranging all of the details, and getting everything set up perfectly on the day of the reception. We made some additions the week of the wedding that the club accommodated seamlessly. They made everything as easy as it could have been. Our photographer was in an accident on the wedding day (oh no!) which pushed back the timing of the wedding. We arrived later than planned at the reception. Maddie was waiting outside with golf carts so we could immediately dash away for pictures at the Grand Basin- after she made a quick dash into the club to bring out some emergency finger nail tools! And the pictures around the Grand Basin: sunset reflecting on the water behind us… so beautiful! And the food! The drinks! The service! Everything was absolutely outstanding. Me and my bride never got our own drinks- the servers were frequently asking us for anything we would like. It truly exceeded the dreams we had of what our Forest Park wedding reception could be!”

She is extremely professional and helped us smooth out the details of the flow of the evening during our planning meeting a few weeks before. “My wedding was a little atypical, we planned the entire thing in less than two months, had a crowd of 30 family members present, and had EVERYONE take an hour car trip into the National Park for our ceremony. The photographer who would capture all our wonderful memories was by far the most important vendor to me, so Lexi was the first person I booked! And thank goodness I did because I couldn’t have picked a more wonderful person to handle the uniqueness of our celebration than her. Lexi dealt with one date change, two location changes, and much more as my husband and I went through the decision making process in our short timeline. Lexi handled it all flawlessly, and showed up ready to help make our day special even in the middle of her own pregnancy!
