Black Dog Gelato is a local gelato shop that features Chef driven flavors. A nod to traditional style ice cream, Black Dog takes Chicago Style Gelato to a whole new level. We spin our gelato fresh everyday and are constantly changing flavors with the seasons. Unexpected and wonderful, BDG is truly a delight.

I made my first fondant two tier cake for my son’s 3rd birthday. I honestly did it because I did not know of anyone at the time who would create a cake like that for me. I did not know that doing that one cake would begin a new journey for me. With the strong support of my family and friends, I have been able to turn this hobby into my own little business from my own home. With their continued support and my own strong efforts, I have high hopes to turn this into a full time business and hopefully a storefront.
